EE DA HOW LONG RIFLES and THREAT MANAGEMENT TRAINING, LLC are teaming up to provide free Concealed Weapons Permit training to staff of the school systems in southern Idaho. Teachers, administrative staff, counselors, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, bus drivers…if you work for the school system you are invited to take part in this program. This is our way of saying THANK YOU for helping our children grow to be responsible adults.
There will be two classes. The first will be on Saturday 19 July and the second on Saturday 16 August. Both programs will be held at the Hunter Education building, 109 W. 44th St. in Garden City (turn south on 44th off Chinden Blvd). The classes will start at 9:00 am and will end at approximately 2:00 pm. Participants will need to bring note taking material and a photo I.D. (i.e. - driver’s license). You will only need to attend one of the programs and you will receive a certificate that qualifies you to apply for your CWP with your local Sheriff.
There is no preregistration required for these programs but seating is limited.
The instructor for this program, Joe Toluse, is a certified Use of Deadly Force Instructor, a Stressfire Firearms Instructor for pistol, carbine and shotgun and an NRA pistol instructor.
