MOOSE SIGHTING!
Today on my way to Emmett, on the west side of the Sweet-Ola Highway about 3 miles south of Ola (across from Macaw's) I saw a moose. Not very far off the road, just trudging through the snow heading south. And of course, I didn't have my camera. Darn!
I didn't have my camera but Kerbi had hers! Thanks Kerbi for sharing!

AN EXCELLENT EVENING
This year's Pancake Supper was attended by many community members showing their support for our local firefighters and at the same time honoring our veterans. Each year, for the past 10, Ola Ladies Club has sponsored this pancake supper to raise funds for our Ola fire department. Some of the volunteer firemen worked over the hot grills making pancakes, hash browns and eggs for this favorite community event. Denny, Ola's station chief, took a moment to express his appreciation to the wonderful volunteers and fill the community in on Ola Fire Station "stuff" (new trucks, number of calls, grants, training). There really can't be enough said as to how much we appreciate our volunteer firefighters. Thanks guys and gals!!! And thank you Ola Ladies Club!
