POW/MIA MISSING MAN TABLE
POW/MIA Missing Man Table

1. The table is RESERVED to honor MIAs and POWs and show our everlasting concern for them. 2. The tablecloth is WHITE symbolizing the purity of their motives when answering the call to duty.
3. The SINGLE ROSE displayed in a vase, reminds their loved ones and us
of the life of each of the missing and friends who keep the faith,
awaiting answers. 4. The vase is tied with a RED RIBBON, symbol of our continued determination to account for our missing. 5. A SLICE OF LEMON on a bread plate is to remind us of the bitter fate of those captured and missing in a foreign land. 6. The PINCH OF SALT symbolizes the tears endured by those missing and their families who seek answers.
7. The BIBLE represents the strength gained through faith to sustain
those lost from our country, founded by one nation, under GOD. 8. The GLASS is inverted to symbolize their inability to share in a toast to camaraderie and fellowship. 9. The CHAIR is empty, because they are missing. 10. Please honor POWs and MIAs by revering the table and the contents
Sounds like the so-called leadership of the base has no backbone. Have you just gone totally politically correct? Have you no principals? Are you totally scared of the far left liberals? Does Oduma make you shake in your boots? Are you totally scared of your job? Be a real man. I'm a Viet Nam Veteran and it makes me sick that these self-promoting officers have no nads at all. Pat yourself on the back at the expense of the real men. Me and my veteran buddies who fought in the jungles and swamps and mountain of Viet Nam are ashamed of the leadership. There should be no question of what is the right thing to do. My buds died on hills and jungles so you can self-promote your sissy self. This shouldn't be a question or an issue. If some unknown liberal doesn't want the Bible there then he/she doesn't need to participate. As a leader you shouldn't get weak kneed and capitulate. Your shameful. Grow some boy.
Please do not remove the bible. that is disgraceful! We are still in America...right? Or has that been taken away too?
