The American Red cross will be in Ola for blood donations between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M., Thursday, March 13, 2014, at the Ola Community Center, 21750 Main Street, Ola, Idaho. Donors are reminded to be sure to drink plenty of fluids the day before and the day of the donation, to wear clothing with sleeves that can easily be rolled above the elbow, eat a high protein meal two hours before and bring photo identification.
