So much fun....mayby more of you should consider a retire ment community where you can play bingo and watch soap operas. We do have people who are under 70 years old here. We don't stop having fun because we're old, we're old because we stop having fun.
It is not about age. It is about respect. You give none to our community by your actions and your comment did not disappoint us. It confirmed who your are.Have a safe trip home to your comfort zones.
I for one live in Ola and was very impressed with the way things were handled. Very smooth and tolerant. just sorry that the community showed their ugly side. See ya next time and thanks for the fun.
The closest neighbor is at least 1/4 mile away. How loud could it be? Did not even realize the event last summer was happening. Events of this nature do not take away from our community, but let outsiders know that we are here. Don't allow those residents that can't stand to have a little fun ruin life for everyone else. I, Ellen Kharrl, am not afraid to offend anyone by stating my name for this objection
Your name did not offend us just the loud music in the middle of the night and yes we heard it last year . All you had to do was tone it down and this is the result. How loud was it ? Loud enough to create a rift in the community and an unneeded ordinance.
Maybe some of us are old, but we aren"t deaf!!!! Thumping music all night till after 5 am in the morning (2 nights in a row) does not make a community happy! Hopefully the new Gem County Ordinance will prevent groups this large from holding similar events in the future at this site.
TOO LOUD DISTURBING THE PEACE AND QUIET OF OLA

The loud music of the late night and after midnight was the main issue.
ReplyDeleteif the music was to stop at midnight I don't think I'd wanna go (supporter of ola community)
ReplyDeleteYou do not have to stop the music. You just have to turn it down so you are not keeping the neighbors up all night. There is a middle ground.
